Main Ingredient : Rice Flour

Ingredients :

Rice Flour or Iddyappam Flour - 2 cups

Water - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 2 tbsp

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Coconut - Shredded - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Mix Flour with water and salt. Form a Dough
  • Then In an Idly cooker, Make iddyappam using Muruku maker.
  • Then after it is cooked, add little sugar, ghee and coconut.
Serve it hot
