PUFF (USING PUFF PASTRY)
Puff is a very common Snack in India. Fillings can be of different type.

Main Ingredients : Puff Pastry and vegetables
Ingredients :
Puff pastry sheet -
Maida - 1/2 cup
Paneer - grated 1/2 cup
Onion - chopped 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic - 2 tbsp
Cilantro - 1 cup
Peas - 1/2 cup cooked
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
Puff pastry sheet -
Maida - 1/2 cup
Paneer - grated 1/2 cup
Onion - chopped 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic - 2 tbsp
Cilantro - 1 cup
Peas - 1/2 cup cooked
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- Thaw the frozen puff pastry.
- Sprinkle little maida and roll them to a thin sheet.
- For stuffing
- In a kadai, add little oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion.
- Saute well. Then add cooked veg to it.
- Then the paneer, add all masala to it.
- Leave it for few minutes to cook and finish with salt and cilantro
- Let the stuff cool.
- Now you can make your own shapes in puff. cut it and stuff with the fillings and bake.

Serve it hot with Sauce.
