RASMALAI

Rasmalai is a sugary white or yellow colored Balls of paneer soaked in Malai(clotted cream). Flavored with cardamom and nuts.

Main Ingredient : Milk

Ingredients

Milk - 2 cups

Cardamom - 2

Nuts - 2 tbsp

Saffron - 1 pinch

Sugar - 2 tbsp

Preparation :

  • For balls refer Rasagulla. Squeeze out excess water.
  • In a large heavy bottom pan, add milk and keep in low heat.
  • Add saffron and cardamom to it. Keep stirring.
  • The milk should reduce and be thick.
  • Add nuts of ur choice. 
  • Leave it for 10 to 20 mins
  • Then in the balls you can pour the malai and serve it cold
